WORKING GROUP 1

We will identify optimal standards for the datasets produced by the grapevine community, contribute to their improvement, fill gaps and provide guidelines to avoid heterogeneity and finally define minimal contextual standards. 

We will prepare guidelines for sample identification (genotypes or varieties) for data re-usage in the grapevine community. We will improve the standards and ontologies, in the genetic and genomic domains, and will provide recommendations to the grapevine community for their use based on real datasets. Standards will be developed for the shared annotation of grapevine proteomic and metabolomic data, particularly datasets from different genotypes grown under different environmental conditions and management practices.
